The executive chef, Vassilis Tsontzos and the pastry chef, Kyriakos Nikolaidis having created 3 elegant menus inspired by the traditional festive cuisine, they invite you to enjoy a unique experience of flavors, choosing between a home delivery and pick-up from the hotel entrance.

• Veloutee pumpkin soup with ginger and Ceylonese cinnamon
• Stuffed cabbage rolls with egg lemon sauce and saffron from Kozani

• Chestnut cream with French cognac Rémy Martin
• Quiche Lorraine with assorted mushroom, sour cheese “Anthotyro” and parmesan & chives
• Baby spinach leaves with red wine poached pear, gorgonzola, prosciutto caramelized nuts & mint vinaigrette
• Six hours “sous vide” veal beef with truffle and vinsanto wine
