With great pleasure and an even stronger sense of Social Responsibility, in a few days, we are opening the doors of our hotel, Mediterranean Palace, in order to welcome our guests, in order to offer award-winning high-quality hospitality services once again!

Since the onset of this health crisis, we have not been mere spectators. We have been working constantly, so that, in the aftermath, we keep abreast of new developments, all of us determined to go beyond ourselves, and reach even higher levels. By recognizing that - more than ever before - the comfort, health, rest, and safety of our guests, as well as of our staff, are of utmost importance, we wanted to upgrade the already high health and safety standards that we have been applying throughout the years of operation of our hotel.

In partnership with the Saint Luke's Clinic, the top Private Hospital in Thessaloniki, which is distinguished for scientific pioneering and clinical excellence, we have developed SAFETY FIRST , which is a new health standard for our hotel. With the advice and supervision of a group of specialist physicians and technical experts, we will apply upgraded cleaning and hygiene protocols throughout the entire range of the hotel's procedures of operation, as well as standard and special procedures to the method of hygiene control and sanitation, which are additional necessary measures to increase the sense of safety of our guests.

Among other things, this new standard includes special protection measures for the staff of our hotel, and, in addition to personal protective equipment, the staff is also provided with special training by the infection response team of the Saint Luke's Clinic, led by Associate Professor of Pathology - Infectiology, Mr. Symeon Metallidis, and the Head of Nursing Service, Ms. Anna Agapidou.

The Mediterranean Palace is its people, and protecting the health of our staff, since it will provide unique hospitality services, is equally important to that of our guests.

We are confident that, the application of the SAFETY FIRST standard, to the check-in areas, rooms, restaurants, meeting rooms, all the operating departments, as well as other public areas, will provide our guests with a unique sense of safety, throughout their stay at the hotel.
